Recent Wine Acclaim
Et Fille 2023 Deux Vert Vineyard Viognier: “The winemaker and her daughter went the extra step by using their own two feet to stomp these grapes prior to pressing. They credit their pigéage with boosting the wine's aromatics, which include honeysuckle, pear and wet slate. This is a crisp, lean Viognier that sports yellow apple, peach and lemon verbena flavors that seemingly last forever.” -92 Points and Editor’s Choice, Wine Enthusiast
Et Fille 2023 Deux Vert Vineyard Viognier: “Coming from Yamhill-Carlton’s Deut Vert Vineyard pours a light lemony core with a silver rim, offering a rich and oily texture with remarkable depth. The palate delivers vibrant notes of white nectarine, kiwi fruit, dusty earth, and dried white flowers. The wine finishes with a lovely salty, plush sensation, making it both fresh and indulgent.” -91 Points, International Wine Report (IWR)
Et Fille 2023 Deux Vert Vineyard Viognier: “Coming from Yamhill-Carlton, the pale silver/straw-colored 2023 Viognier Deux Vert Vineyard is refreshing on the nose, with notes of fresh flowers, melon, white peach, and wet stone. It is elegant, refreshing, and dry in style, with a salty finish and a great texture. Drink 2024-2030.” -91 Points, Jeb Dunnuck
Et Fille 2023 Gamay Noir: “About 65% whole cluster fruit and carbonic maceration was used during fermentation on the 2022 Gamay Noir from Et Fille. It’s gorgeous to look at, with a shimmering bright neon ruby core and a light blue rim. To be honest, I’m in love with Gamay from the Willamette Valley, and this bottle is downright delicious. Crushed strawberries, Bing cherries, spearmint, and sweet vanilla tones pop on the nose and on the palette. More complex and interesting than it should be, it finishes long and complex with a slight bubble gum note on the mid-palate. 218 cases were made.” -93 Points, International Wine Report (IWR)
Et Fille 2022 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir: “This wine is a blend of the seven Willamette Valley vineyards from which winemaker/owner Jessica Mozeico sources fruit from. Aromatics of country berries, with muddled strawberries and mint, with tones of black bramble berries. The palate shows dense berries, turned earth, ripe blue fruit notes, clove and a kiss of green peppercorn.” 93 Points, Decanter
Et Fille 2022 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir: “The 2022 Et Fille Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley pours a shimmering medium ruby red core with a lighter pink rim, creating an inviting visual. On the nose, it offers bright aromas of Bing cherries, red currants, turned earth, and dusty herbs. The palate is balanced with moderate tannins and acidity, leading to a fruit-forward finish that highlights the wine's vibrant red fruit character.” 92 Points, Internatinal Wine Report (IWR)
Et Fille 2022 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir: “Crisp, playful and fruit-driven, with small berries, red currants and sweet spices dominating on the nose. Medium-bodied with crisp acidity. Vivid and laid back with a juicy, acidulated finish. Drink now.” 92 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2022 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir: “The 2022 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley is medium red in color and is clear and bright in the glass, with notes of cranberries, wildflowers, and delicate, lifted spices. Medium-bodied, fresh, and clean, it takes all these components to the palate seamlessly, with a crispy, refreshing feel and balanced, fresh fruit. It’s very pretty, with fine tannins and a good bit of linear structure. Drink 2024-2034.” 92 Points, Jeb Dunnuck
Et Fille 2022 Heredity Pinot Noir: “The 2022 Et Fille Pinot Noir ‘Heredity’ from Willamette Valley is a reserve blend, showcasing some of the best barrels of the vintage, with 25% whole cluster fruit used during fermentation. In the glass, it presents a listening medium ruby-blue core with a light red rim. The nose is filled with dark cherries, blue plums, and toasted cinnamon sticks, complemented by a touch of umami. On the palate, it offers a medium to full-bodied experience with fine-grained tannins, mouthwatering acidity, and a lush, fruit-forward finish. A beautifully crafted Pinot Noir that highlights the complexity and richness of the vintage.” 94 Points, International Wine Report (IWR)
Et Fille 2022 Heredity Pinot Noir: “A barrel selection from three vineyards, Fairsing, Kalita in the Yamhill-Carlton and Le Pavillon in the Dundee Hills. Fairsing gives the wine red fruits, and Kalita's its texture, these sites share a fenceline but Wadenswil comes from Fairsing and Pommard from the Kalita. There's a silken softness to the palate the Mozeico attributes to the Kalita. Dusty red berries and gravel dust aromatics with hints of dried lavender. The palate is fresh red berries and spice with notes of chicory root, white pepper and a touch of stony minerality.” 93 Points, Decanter
Et Fille 2022 Heredity Pinot Noir: “A translucent bright red color, the 2022 Pinot Noir Heredity sees about 25% of whole clusters in fermentation and reveals a very attractive darker spice along with notes of fresh cherries, fresh lifted herbs, spice, and dark stones. Medium-bodied, it has good structure, although it’s quite appealing now. I love the angular but ripe feel, and it has a lovely, graceful finish. It’s only going to improve with 6-12 more months in bottle. Drink 2024-2034.” 93 Points, Jeb Dunnuck
Et Fille 2022 Heredity Pinot Noir: “Understated, wafting up with a nuanced blend of wild stawberries, earth tones, and savory herbs. Cooling acidity lends remarkable freshness as this flows across the palate with silky textures and tart red berry fruits, leaving tactile mineral tones it its wake. This tapers off with outstanding length, leaving a primary concentration and sweet tannins that create a lovely framework and promise years of positive development.” 93 Points, Vinous
Et Fille 2022 Heredity Pinot Noir: “A medium-bodied, fruity and crunchy red with sour cherries, red currants, dried flowers and some cloves. Vivid and crunchy with nerve and a flavorful finish. Drink now.” 92 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2022 Palmer Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Palmer Creek is a lower elevation site in the Eola-Amity Hills and occupies the darker blue fruit continuum for Mozeico while giving plenty of spice and structure. Minerality and dusty aromatics with notes of the Eola-Amity spice, sweet berry fruits, blood orange and mouthfuls of dried mint and anise. There is a fantastic spice finish that the region is known for, with white and green peppercorn and elements of smoky clove.” 94 Points, Decanter
Et Fille 2022 Palmer Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Coming from Eola-Amity’s Palmer Creek Vineyard pours a gorgeous medium neon ruby core with a light red rim. The nose is beautifully floral, with lavender and violets leaping from the glass. On the palate, you’ll find a delightful mix of red and black raspberries, sweet red plum flesh, kumquat zest, and cedary herbs, with just a touch of white chocolate rounding out the complexity. The fine-grained tannins, coupled with moderate-plus acidity, lead to a structured and well-balanced finish.” 94 Points, International Wine Report (IWR)
Et Fille 2022 Palmer Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir: “The 2022 Pinot Noir Palmer Creek is from the warmest site Jessica works with in the Eola-Amity Hills, planted to Pommard and 777 clones of Pinot Noir at 350-400 feet elevation. The wine pours a bright ruby red color and offers a floral bouquet of wild raspberries, orange peel, crushed stones, and fresh roses. Medium-bodied, it brings great energy to the palate, with a more chiseled structure, ripe, well-defined tannins, and snappy, ripe acidity. A lovely wine that will age with ease, it will benefit from another 2-3 years in the cellar, and drink it over the following 15 years.” 94 Points, Jeb Dunnuck
Et Fille 2022 Palmer Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Broad, harmonious and crunchy, with aromas of frozen berries, forest strawberries, herbs and baking spices on the nose. Lively and energetic, with zesty acidity driving the mid-palate to a fresh, bright and floral finish with length. Drink or hold.” 93 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2022 Fairsing Vineyard Pinot Noir: “The Fairsing Vineyard is silken textured and aromatically beautiful. Featuring notes of sweet raspberries, blood orange spritz, green dried herbs and lavender. The palate continues the show with beautiful sweet berries, clove with fleshy cherries, and raspberries. Elegant and soft, with earth tones, purple florals and sweet blueberries.” 94 Points, Decanter
Et Fille 2022 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Coming from Yamhill-Carlton’s Kalita Vineyard displays a glistening medium ruby-red core with a lighter pink rim. On the nose, you'll find an enticing blend of dried herbs, bright red fruits, mountain breeze, and Christmas spices. Rich and plush across the palate, this wine is both vibrant and full-bodied. It finishes with crunchy tannins, mouthwatering acidity, and a textured, stunning finish that showcases the elegance and complexity of this vineyard.” Editor’s choice & 95 Points, International Wine Report (IWR)
Et Fille 2022 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir: “When Sokol Blosser acquired the Kalita site, Et Fille was the only producer to retain their blocks. Mozeico is one of the most experienced in the Valley with Kalita and loves using the whole cluster in this site, 36% in the 2022 vintage. The mouthfuls of dark fruits are an allusion to the dusty blackberry aromatics and rich blue mountain fruits. Softer mouthfuls of sweet fruits with notes of earthen minerality mark the palate with turned soils and elements of black tea. There is a delicious mineral tone to the finish that brightens the soft fruits of the Kalita site.” 94 Points, Decanter
Et Fille 2022 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Coming from Yamhill-Carlton, the site of the 2022 Pinot Noir Kalita Vineyard was named after the original founders and is now owned by Sokol Blosser. The wine displays a jeweled ruby color and has notes of rosemary, ripe red cherries, delicate spice, and fresh herbs. Medium-bodied and supple, it has a slightly fuller feel on the palate, with ripe tannins and a rounded mid-palate. The texture is more plush, although it remains midweight and buoyant, but it has a darker mineral side as well. Drink 2025-2040.” 94 Points, Jeb Dunnuck
Et Fille 2022 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Darkly floral and tinctured with raspberry, the 2022 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir slowly evolves in the glass. It soothes with its supple textures and ripe red and blue fruits as cooling acidity lifts the experience and violet inner florals swirl throughout. This leaves a sweet and sour sensation through the finish, tapering off pleasantly chewy and long with well rounded tannins that frame the experience well.” 94 Points, Vinous
Et Fille 2022 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir: “A crisp, vibrant and zesty red with notes of red currants, wild strawberries, orange peel and sweet spices. Medium-bodied, bright and zesty. Crunchy and succulent, with some white pepper character at the center and a delicious, juicy finish with length. Drink or hold.” 93 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2022 Gabriella Pinot Noir: “A fruity, well-made and juicy red with aromas of red berries, herbs and wet stone. Medium-bodied with fine tannins and bright acidity. Playful and succulent, with so much sour cherry and red currant character to the acidulated finish. Drink now.” 92 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2021 Brut Rosé: “Pink florals in the effusive aromatics notes, candied raspberries the Pinot comes from Palmer Creek Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills planted in the late 1990s, and Eola Springs, a cold site (which is often picked three weeks later for still Pinot Noir) Jessica farms each site for sparkling, cropped heavier and with much less leaf pulling. The palate offers tart and bright berries, cranberries, blood orange spritz and strawberry and almond cream. Finishes with generous mousse and tart grapefruit pith.” 93 Points, Decanter
Et Fille 2021 Brut Rosé: “A pale pink hue, the 2021 Brut Rose is the first ever release of this cuvée. A blend of 65% fruit from the Pommer Creek Vineyard and the rest from Eola Springs Vineyard, it was raised in both neutral puncheon and stainless steel. It’s a very pretty rosé, with lovely, fresh notes of peach, fresh roses, citrus blossom, and bread dough. Medium-bodied, it’s refreshing on the palate, with a refined mousse and a clean finish. A very refreshing and lightly juicy sparkler with a clean, chalky texture, it’s highly versatile to drink over the next 5-6 years. 5 grams per liter dosage.” 92 Points, Jeb Dunnuck
Et Fille 2021 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir: “A gorgeous Pinot Noir made with ample freshness that punches well above its price point—aromas of violet, candied orange peel, soy and petrichor. The palate is fresh and lively, with real elegance and florality. Red raspberries mingle with candied blueberries, sweet cherry coulis, and plenty of fresh acidity delivering a brilliant finish.” 92 Points, Decanter
Et Fille 2021 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir: “All raspberry bramble and violets, this seems to take off just as soon as it hits the glass, tethered by a mild smoky caramel presence from oak. After a day the wine becomes more floral and lifted, the oak receding. For duck.” 92 Points, Wine & Spirits
Et Fille 2021 Heredity Pinot Noir: “Aged in French oak barrels, none of which were new, for 11 months, the Heredity combines chewy tannins with brisk acidity. Earthy/brambly black fruit aromas meld beautifully with notes of beeswax and lavender-filed garrigue. The rich palate shows flavors of blackberry pie, tangerine and mint.” 93 Points and Editor’s Choice, Wine Enthusiast
Et Fille 2021 Heredity Pinot Noir: “From a blend of high elevation sites aged in all neutral oak, the medium ruby 2021 Pinot Noir Heredity takes on a spicy and floral personality, with notes of dusty earth, grenadine, white pepper, and fresh herbs. Medium-bodied, with great persistence of concentration within its linear frame, it has ripe fruit through the palate, fine tannins, and a silky mouthfeel. This is a beautiful and graceful wine to drink over the next 6-8 years. -93 Points, Jeb Dunnuck
Et Fille 2021 Heredity Pinot Noir: “Slowly comes together in the glass as a perfumed blend of dusty florals and exotic spices gives way to dried black cherries. This is silky and sleek with cooling acidity and masses of ripe red and blue fruits enlivened by a core of vibrant acidity. It impresses further through the finish, long yet energetic with framing tannins, repleting florals, and hints of sour citrus tugging at the cheeks. The Heredity pushes the pleasure meters to the max. Drink 2025-2031.” -93 Points, Vinous
Et Fille 2021 Heredity Pinot Noir: “Pale ruby in colour. Bright, fresh and nuanced nose that smells like fresh waxy rose petals, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, spearmint and cherry. What a job on blending! This nose is stunning! The palate is bright and fresh but a bit less subtle– more orange peel and citrus driven with a long acid spine that carries citrus through the finish. Enough fine tannin to hold everything in place but without being noticeable. This is a very pretty wine. 2023-2028.” -Distinguished/Superior, Jancis Robinson
Et Fille 2021 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Aged in 40% new French oak and 20% one-year French oak barrels for 11 months, the 2021 Kalita Pinot Noir from Et Fille was my favorite of the lineup. A gorgeous shimmering medium neon ruby-purple core with a lighter pink rim, it pops with aromas of red and black cherries, crushed ripe marionberries, fennel fronds, toasted spice, and cedary herbs. I loved how the wine moved across the entire palate on the finish, with its sweet, smooth tannins and perfected acidity.” -95 Points, International Wine Report
Et Fille 2021 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Rich cherry and plum sauce is contrasted by lifting hints of sage and mint as the remarkably pretty 2021 Kalita blooms in the glass. It’s silky smooth, nearly creamy in feel, yet lifted and energetic, showing crisp red fruits and tactile mineral tones enlivened by zesty acidity. This finishes potent with tremendous length, leaving the palate stained in primary concentration and a tug of grippy tannins providing more of an accent than an obstacle. Simply stunning. Drink 2024-2033.” -94+ Points, Vinous
Et Fille 2021 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir: “This is so lively and fresh with sour cherries and wild raspberries as well as dried strawberry bush, spicy herbs and orange peel. A little bit of raw mushroom, too. Medium- to full-bodied with tense and compact tannins, firm structure and delicious red berries. Beautiful acidity keeps it nervy and toned with a flavorful, blue-fruited finish. Better after 2024.” -94 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2021 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir: A deeper ruby red, the 2021 Pinot Noir Kalita Vineyard is spiced with notes of cherry liqueur, baking spices, and licorice. Medium to full-bodied, it floods the palate with pure ripe fruit and ripe tannins, and although it has a weightless feel, it’s more grounded in its sensibility, with a warming touch on the finish. This is another very attractive wine with great structure. Drink 2024-2034. -94 Points, Jeb Dunnuck
Et Fille 2021 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir: “A lovely wine, detailed and elegantly structured, offering cherry blossom and strawberry aromas that open to vibrant pomegranate and forest floor accents, which take on structure and tension toward refined tannins. Drink now through 2032.” -93 Points, Wine Spectator
Et Fille 2021 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Pale ruby in colour. Quiet and gravelly on the nose with darker fruits – black cherry, black plum, potting soil and dried pine needles. The acid in this is noticeably higher than the rest of the portfolio. The tannin is silty but elevated. The most powerful of the portfolio. A cola and dark-cherry finish. Do sit on this one for a few years: 2025-2035.” -Superior/A Cut Above Superior, Jancis Robinson
Et Fille 2021 Palmer Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Darkly flora, the 2021 Palmer Creek slowly opens with dusty rose and violet tones before giving way to crushed blackberries and hints of rosemary. This is a model of purity with with creamy textures and ripe wild berries swirling over a core of juicy acidity. It takes on a grippy feel as tactile mineral tones energe toward the close. Blue and purple floral repletes through the lightly structured finale as the 2021 finishes long and staining. There are layers beneath the surface that only cellaring will reveal. What a beauty. Drink 2025-2033.” -94 Points, Vinous
Et Fille 2021 Palmer Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Pouring a vibrant ruby hue, the 2021 Pinot Noir Palmer Creek Vineyard comes from the Eola-Amity Hills and has more complexity and yet is also more transparent, with layers of fresh spices, grenadine, cinnamon, and fresh roses. Medium-bodied and energetic, with ripe tannins and an elegant perfume that lasts on the finish, it’s drinking wonderfully now and will drink well over the next 6-8 years.” -94 Points, Jeb Dunnuck
Et Fille 2021 Palmer Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Crushed raspberries, pink peppercorns, lavender, lemon zest and rosemary here. Elegant and tight with fine tannins and a sleek, peppery and long finish. Very pretty. Drink from 2024.” -93 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2021 Palmer Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Pale ruby in colour. A more savoury note to this wine than the Maresh or Heredity: charcuterie and dried mushroom in the mix with rose petals, dried mint and cherry. High fresh acidity and bright red fruit on the palate with a lingering finish. Lovely. 2023-2029.” -Superior, Jancis Robinson
Et Fille 2021 Gabriella Pinot Noir: “Named for the winemaker's daughter, Gabriella is the top Cuvée each vintage, with the 2021 vintage coming from Le Pavillon and Fairsing. The higher percentage of newer oak, at 66%. The goal of the Gabriella is ageability, so whole cluster and new oak are typically turned up, but only 13% whole cluster in the 2021. Rich, turned earth, ripe cherry flesh, and subtle clove spices.—aromatics of white pepper, green tea leaves and spiced dried blood orange.” 95 Points, Decanter
Et Fille 2021 Gabriella Pinot Noir: “Named after Jessica’s daughter, the 2021 Pinot Noir Gabriella is a blended selection of top wines sourced from the Fairsing Vineyard and Kalita Vineyards in Yamhill Carlton, as well as La Pavillon in Dundee. While they always over-vintage this cuvée, they did not produce this wine in 2020. The 2021 Pinot Noir Gabriella pours a medium jeweled red color and has a layered bouquet of incense, delicate toasted floral perfume, preserved cranberries, and tea leaves. There’s fantastic clarity and intensity on the palate, with a more crystalline feel, ripe fruit, well-defined tannins, and refreshing acidity. Salty and complete and long on the palate, I would be thrilled to have several bottles stashed away in my cellar. Drink this over the next 15 years.” 95 Points, Jeb Dunnuck
Et Fille 2021 Gabriella Pinot Noir: “A spicy, wild and flavorful pinot with aromas of raspberries, strawberries, nutmeg, toast and licorice. Lots packed into a medium body, supported by tight-grained tannins. Wild berry fruit evolves to spice and dark chocolate. Long and delicious. Drink or hold.” -94 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2021 Gabriella Pinot Noir: “Aged for 20 months in 60% new and 40% once-used French oak barrels, the 2021 Gabriella Pinot Noir from Et Fille is another quaffable and delicious wine from the estate. Wonderfully aromatic, boasting notes of red raspberries, crushed blueberries, toasted Christmas spices, and shades of Chinese 5 spice. Tannins are tight yet sweet, while the lemony acidity finishes things off nicely.” -94 Points, International Wine Report
Et Fille 2021 Maresh Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Aged for 11 months in 50% new and 50% once-used French oak barrels, the Pommard clone Maresh Pinot Noir sports a glistening neon ruby core with a light pink rim in the glass. It delivers notes of cinnamon sticks, Bing cherries, wild raspberries, lavender, and a kiss of cherry cola. The palate is more savory than the nose, with dried herbs and grilled lemon zest taking center stage. Ripe tannins, lemony acidity, and a long finish complete the wine.” -93 Points, International Wine Report
Et Fille 2021 Maresh Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Pale ruby in colour. Vanilla blossom and cola melt into the waxy rose aromas on this wine, more noticeable oak than the Heredity but very well integrated with the fresh red-fruit aromas. Fresh, bright red plum and raspberry on the palate that carries through on a firm acid spine and fine tannins– more structured than the Heredity and with more complexity on the finish. This portfolio tends towards litheness and elegance over mass, but this is the plushest of the bunch. 2023-2031.” -Superior/A Cut Above Superior, Jancis Robinson
Et Fille 2021 Maresh Vineyard Pinot Noir: “They say wine is made in the vineyard. In that case, Maresh Vineyard is a great place to work. Et Fille has translated that epic Maresh fruit into an elegant Pinot Noir filled with aromas and flavors of red cherries, pomegranate seeds, wet rocks, loamy soil, orange blossom flowers and black tea. Bright acidity makes for an electric texture to pair with silky tannins.” -92 Points and Editor’s Choice, Wine Enthusiast
Et Fille 2021 Maresh Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Blossoms in the glass with rosy florals and sweet herbs complemented by wild strawberry depths. This is softly textured and round with a candied inner sweetness and ripe red and blue fruits. It finishes with a licorice tinge and admirable length while remaining juicy and perfumed. Drink 2024-2028.” -92 Points, Vinous
Et Fille 2019 Maresh Vineyard Pinot Noir: “A wildly elegant and beautifully aromatic Pinot Noir crafted from the highly sought-after Maresh Vineyard fruit, 50-year-old vines, atop the Dundee Hills. Fantastic, gorgeous aromatics of turned earth, black tea, forest floor, and notes of early-season blackberry. The palate is light and lively, with red and blue fruits, clove, anise and a delightful savoury character. A wine that reminds me why Oregon Pinot Noir is my first love.” -95 Points, Decanter
Et Fille 2019 Maresh Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Very clean and fresh with cool blueberry and green-strawberry character. Medium-bodied with candied-lemon and hibiscus flavors. Firm and bright at the end. Drink now or hold.” -93 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2019 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Aromas of ripe strawberries, fresh flowers and grated nutmeg. Medium-to full-bodied with fine, silky tannins. Pretty on the palate. Lots of fresh red berries and thyme. Fruity and long. Best after 2025.” -94 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2019 Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir: “From the Kalita Vineyard, a concave, amphitheatre-shaped site in Yamhill-Carlton that has consistently delivered high-calibre Pinot Noir, the Et Fille blocks are among the highest elevations. The aromatics are generous, with cola, cloves and dark red and blue fruit notes. The palate is silken and so elegant, ripe sweet blueberries mixed with classic 'sous bois' character and black tea. Fleshy and flashy, this redolent wine offers plenty of ripeness and balances it with a beautiful mineral-rich character.” -93 Points, Decanter
Et Fille 2019 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir: “Graceful and pretty, with elegantly multilayered raspberry and strawberry flavors accented by rose petal and toasty spice, which sail on the supple finish toward plush tannins. Drink now through 2029.” -93 Points, Wine Spectator
Et Fille 2019 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir: “Attractive ripeness for this 2019, offering strawberry and dried-cherry character and some meaty undertones. Medium body. Creamy tannins. Drink or hold.” -93 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2022 Palmer Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir: “Coming from Yamhill Carlton’s Fairsing Vineyard pours a bright medium ruby core with a neon red rim. This wine leans more earthy than its siblings, with turned damp earth taking center stage. Complementing the earthiness are notes of boysenberries, blue plums, and toasted Chinese five-spice. The tannins are well-balanced, supported by elevated acidity that keeps the wine fresh and vibrant. The finish brings a delightful mix of umami and fruit, making this a complex and intriguing expression of Yamhill Carlton terroir.” -94 Points, International Wine Report (IWR)
Et Fille 2019 Palmer Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir: “A floral nose of violets and roses with notes of ripe red cherries and sage as well. Medium-bodied with a solid core of red fruit. Fine, taught tannins. Nutmeg and ground allspice add pleasant complexity. Juicy and generous. Best after 2025.” -93 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2019 Fairsing Vineyard Pinot Noir: “A 2019 with some pretty and relatively ripe fruit notes, as well as hibiscus. It’s medium-bodied with a tight palate and a creamy finish. Hints of dried citrus at the end. Drink now or hold.” -92 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2019 Gabriella Pinot Noir: Named after Jessica's daughter, the 2019 Pinot Noir Gabriella is a barrel selection of the top vineyard sites and sees 38% new oak for 20 months. Because they over-vintage this wine, it takes a more serious nature, offering notes of cherry licorice, woodsy spice, beet root, and crushed flowers. Medium to full-bodied, it has a richer profile, with iron-rich earth, ripe tannins, and floral notes that last throughout, while retaining fresh, seamless acidity. This exceptional wine will drink well over the coming 10 years or more and will benefit from another year or two in bottle. 95 points, Jeb Dunnuck
Et Fille 2019 Gabriella Pinot Noir: “Dark berries, earth and spice with some dried lemons and apple sweets on the nose. Medium-bodied with fine tannins and a fresh, bright finish. Drink or hold.” -92 Points, James Suckling
Et Fille 2019 Heredity Pinot Noir: 92 Points and Editor’s Choice, Wine Enthusiast
